Gmail won’t save a signature longer than 10,000 characters, and images count toward it. The builder shows your signature’s size as you go and warns you if it’s over Gmail’s limit, so you can drop an optional line before you paste.
There are two ways. Upload your logo in the builder: it’s prepared in your browser and downloads when you copy, and you add it with the image button in Gmail’s signature editor. Or use Image URL: if your logo is already online at a public https address, it comes along with the copy. More about logos in signatures.
The Gmail app has its own Mobile signature setting for emails sent from the app. If you set one, it may not keep formatting or images. If you don’t, Gmail uses the signature you created on your computer.

Gmail on a work or school Google account has the same signature settings, so the steps are the same. Some organizations have their own rules for signatures, so check with your admin first.
Yes. If you use Gmail’s “Send mail as” feature, you can add a signature for each address and pick it from the menu above the signature box.
Gmail’s editor can adjust spacing a little. Paste into an empty signature box, and try the Compact spacing option in the builder if lines look too far apart.
