Most signature tools we tried were either cluttered, quietly added their own logo, or promised it would “work everywhere.” We wanted something simpler: a clean builder, a first signature that’s genuinely free, clear installation guides, and straight answers about what email apps can and can’t do.
How we work.
Your first signature is free. Really.
No watermark, no credit card, no trial clock. Create it, edit it as often as you like, copy it, and use it for as long as you want.
Fixing your details never costs anything
New phone number, new title, a typo in your name: editing a saved signature is always free and never uses another one.
No tracking cookies
No tracking cookies, no advertising and no marketing email. We count visits with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics, and we never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your logo stays with you
Uploaded images are prepared in your browser and never sent to us. You add them in your email app, or use an image you already host.
Honest about email
Email apps all display signatures a little differently. We build with simple, email-friendly tables, give step-by-step guides, and always tell you to send a test email.
Your signature is yours
A signature you’ve copied into your email keeps working even if you cancel a plan or delete your account. It’s your copy.
So the free signature can stay free.
We don’t run ads and we don’t sell data. eSig Studio is paid for by the people who need more than one signature, or who want a designer to do it for them:
- Pro ($7/month or $59/year) for up to 5 saved signatures, all six templates and saved brand colors.
- Team ($19/month or $149/year) for 5 team members at one company with a shared design, plus $2/month for each additional member.
- Design services: Custom Signature Design ($99 one time) and Company Signature Setup ($299 one time), done by a person.
