About the service
eSig Studio is a tool, operated by Gravity XL Inc., for designing email signatures (the block of contact details at the end of an email). Despite the “eSig” in the name, it is not an electronic document-signing service and doesn’t create legally binding signatures.
Your free signature
- You can create, preview, copy and download a signature with the Minimal template without an account.
- A free account includes one saved signature with the Minimal template, your logo and colors, clickable contact links, and unlimited edits to that signature. No credit card is needed.
- The other templates can be tried in the builder for free; saving, copying or exporting them needs Pro or Team.
- We never charge you to correct your name, phone number, email or other details on your free signature.
- We never disable a signature you’ve already exported. Once it’s in your email app, it’s yours.
- If you delete your only saved signature, you can create a new free one.
- Signatures you create are yours to use. We don’t add a watermark or our branding to them.
Pro and Team subscriptions
- Pro is $7 per month, billed monthly, or $59 per year, charged annually. It keeps up to 5 saved signatures and adds all six templates, duplicating signatures and saved brand colors.
- Team is $19 per month, billed monthly, or $149 per year, charged annually, for one company. It includes 5 team members (saved signatures), and each additional member is $2 per month, or $24 per year on annual billing. The account owner can change the team size at any time; the difference for the rest of the billing period is prorated onto the next bill. Team adds a shared company design and one dashboard where the account owner manages employee signatures. Employees don’t get their own logins, and signatures aren’t installed in anyone’s email automatically.
- Limits are how many signatures can be saved at once, not monthly credits. Editing or copying a saved signature never uses another one; deleting one frees its space.
- Free is a permanent plan. It isn’t a trial and never asks for payment details. Pro templates can be designed with and previewed for free; copying, downloading and saving them need Pro or Team. When you subscribe to Pro or Team, the first payment for the plan and billing period you chose (monthly or annual) is charged at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Manage billing; canceling stops the next renewal and your paid features stay on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- If your account returns to Free and has more saved signatures than Free allows, you choose which one stays editable. The others are kept as read-only archived copies, not deleted. Pro templates can still be designed with and previewed, but copying, downloading or saving them needs Pro or Team again. Signatures you’ve already exported or installed aren’t changed or disabled.
- If a payment fails, your plan stays on while the payment is retried; if it can’t be collected, the account returns to Free as described above.
- Changing plans in Manage billing: switching to a higher price (for example Pro to Team, or monthly to annual) takes effect right away, and you’re charged the difference that day, with credit for the unused part of what you’ve already paid. Switching to a lower price or a shorter billing period (for example Team to Pro, or annual to monthly) takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Refunds. If Pro or Team isn’t right for you, email info@esigstudio.com from the address on your account within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, or within 7 days of an annual renewal, and we’ll refund that payment in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe (your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it), and the refunded plan ends when the refund is issued. Monthly renewals and partly used billing periods aren’t refunded; you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. If the law where you live gives you more rights, those apply.
- Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax. If sales tax applies to your purchase, it’s added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Price changes. If we raise the price of a plan you’re subscribed to, we’ll email you at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before the new price applies to your subscription, with the new price, when it starts and how to cancel. If you cancel before then, you won’t be charged the new price. A price change never applies to a period you’ve already paid for.
Design services
Custom Signature Design ($99 one time), Company Signature Setup ($299 one time) and Additional Employee Version ($15 each) are one-time services delivered by a person. They’re separate from subscriptions: they don’t include a subscription, don’t add saved-signature space, and you don’t need a subscription to buy them. We confirm scope, timing and payment with you by email before starting; nothing is charged on this site for services.[OWNER REVIEW: add service terms (payment, what a revision round covers, delivery, refunds) before selling services.]
Accounts
- Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can open your sign-in emails can sign in to your eSig Studio account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
- You’re responsible for the information you put in a signature and for having the right to use any names, logos, photos and links you include.
- On Team, you’re responsible for having your employees’ permission to add their names and contact details.
- Don’t use the service to impersonate someone else or to mislead recipients about who you are or who you represent.
Email apps and compatibility
Email apps display HTML differently and change over time. The preview is an approximation, and our guides are provided to help you; they don’t guarantee how a signature looks in any particular app or recipient’s inbox. Please send yourself a test email before relying on a signature. eSig Studio isn’t affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Apple or other email providers.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, or change these terms. If we do, we’ll update this page. Changes won’t disable signatures you’ve already exported.
