Fill in your details in the builder, choose a template, then click Copy signature in the Export tab.
Select Settings (the gear) → Accounts → Signatures. Add a new signature, paste, choose it for new messages and replies, then Save.
Open a new email, then Signature → Signatures on the Message tab. Click New, paste into Edit signature, pick your defaults, then Save and OK.

New Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web look almost the same, with a gear icon for Settings at the top right. Classic Outlook for Windows has a File menu. Our guide covers all three. Outlook for Mac and the Outlook phone apps aren’t covered yet.
If you uploaded your logo in the builder, it downloads when you copy. In classic Outlook, insert it with the picture button in Edit signature. In new Outlook, use the signature editor’s image option if your version has one. If it doesn’t, use the builder’s Image URL option with a logo that’s already online, so the image comes along when you copy.
Outlook can switch emails to dark colors. Signatures from eSig Studio have a transparent background by default, so they blend in instead of showing a white box. Use the Dark preview in the builder to check yours.
Yes. The Minimal template is free forever, not a trial: create it, copy it and use it with your logo, colors and links. No account, credit card or watermark. The five Pro templates are free to try in the editor and need Pro ($7/month) to copy.
No. Copy the signature in the builder and paste it straight into Outlook’s signature box; the formatting comes with it. Download HTML is there if you need the code for another tool.
An uploaded image isn’t part of the copy. Insert the image that downloaded when you copied, using Outlook’s signature editor. Outlook may also hide pictures until the reader chooses to show them.
With a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account and a recent version of Outlook, Microsoft says your default signatures can follow you between devices. Otherwise, add it in each Outlook you use.
