Every email to a buyer or seller is a chance to look established. Add your headshot, brokerage and license number, plus a link to your listings, and copy it into Gmail or Outlook.

A friendly, recent photo helps clients recognize you. Choose Photo · round for a circle.
Many states require your brokerage name in advertising. Put it in the Company field.
Some states require it in certain marketing, which can include email. The Department field works well for it.
Clients call and text agents. Add it in the Mobile field so it’s clearly labeled.
Add a short link like “See my listings” or “Book a showing” under your details.
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, shown as small icons.
In the builder, type your name, title, brokerage, license number and mobile number.
Upload a photo in the Images tab and choose Photo · round. Or use Image URL if your headshot is already on your website.
Open Booking or website link and add a label like “See my listings” with your listings page address.
Open the Export tab and click Copy signature. If you uploaded a logo or photo, the prepared image downloads at the same time so you can add it in your email app.
Follow the guide for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Each one takes a couple of minutes.
Advertising rules for agents vary by state, and some brokerages have their own. They can cover your brokerage name, your license number and how your name and title appear. Only members of the National Association of REALTORS® may call themselves a REALTOR®; otherwise use a title like Real Estate Agent or Broker. This isn’t legal advice: your broker can tell you exactly what your signature needs.
Clients often read email on their phones. Keep it to your name, one or two numbers and one link. Use the Mobile preview in the builder to see it at phone size.
On the Team plan ($19/month for 5 people) you set the office’s logo, colors and layout once, then add each agent’s details and copy their finished signature to send to them. Each agent pastes it into their own email.
The Department field works well, for example “Lic. #01234567”. It shows next to your title. Check your state’s rules for how it should appear.
