Confidentiality notices
Many firms add a confidentiality notice below the signature. eSig Studio doesn’t write or add one. If your firm uses a standard notice, paste it below your signature in your email app, worded exactly as your firm requires.
A clear, traditional signature for attorneys and law firms: your name, title, firm and direct line, laid out neatly and copied straight into Outlook or Gmail.
Clear, complete and professional.
Use the title your firm uses, such as Partner, Associate or Of Counsel.
Put the firm in Company and your practice group in Department.
Label them clearly so clients reach you, not the front desk.
Useful for clients and deliveries. Include the suite number.
Link your website field to the firm’s site or your attorney profile.
In the builder, add your name, title, firm, practice area, phone numbers and office address.
Try Ledger with Georgia or Times New Roman and a deep navy custom color. Minimal is the free option.
Open the Export tab and click Copy signature. If you uploaded a logo or photo, the prepared image downloads at the same time so you can add it in your email app.
Follow the Outlook guide or the Gmail guide, then send yourself a test.

In the US, lawyer advertising is governed by each state’s rules of professional conduct. A signature with your name, firm and contact details is standard, but words like “expert” or “specialist” can be restricted. Check with your firm or your state bar before adding them.
Ledger puts an accent rule over neatly labeled contact rows. Pair it with a serif font and a deep navy. Set the contact labels to Letters and they’re plain text, so nothing is blocked, even where pictures in email are turned off.
Yes, with the Team plan ($19/month for 5 people, plus $2/month for each extra person). You set the firm’s design once, add each person’s details, and copy each finished signature to send to them. Each person pastes it into their own email app.
The Department field works well, for example “Admitted in NY and NJ”. It shows next to your title.

Signatures are built with simple tables and inline styles, the approach most email apps handle best. Outlook versions differ, so send yourself a test after pasting.
